Bumps and Babies Yoga

This is the perfect class for anyone who is pregnant, postnatal, or a new parent! It's a great way to bond with your baby, meet other new parents, gently build up your strength, and ease sore muscles. You can join once your little one is at least 6 weeks and most people come until their baby is on the move. Any parents or caregivers are welcome to come along and as a queer person I particularly love welcoming other LGBTQIA people in my classes. The classes are available to book as a 6 week course which gives you the cheapest price. If there are still spaces available after the course starts, I will make them available to book as individual class drop-ins. Concessions rates available to students, anyone in receipt of benefits or a pension, unwaged, or doesn't have recourse to public funds.
